46-year-old woman gets bloodied while fighting inside SUV with 31-year-old daughter: Shaker Heights Police Bulletin Sheet

Shaker Heights, Ohio –

Domestic Violence: My Way

At 9:45 a.m. on November 6, officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Lee Road to investigate a report of two women observed in a physical altercation while in a Range Rover.

Officers learned that a 47-year-old North Randall woman was taking her 31-year-old daughter and grandchildren to a day care facility when the women began arguing and then fighting. Cleveland’s daughter hit her mother several times in the face.

The mother suffered a cut lip, but refused medical attention.

Assault: Van Aken Street

At 9:45 a.m. on Nov. 3, a 16-year-old Shaker Heights boy and his mother went to the police station to report that while at the Shaker Heights Library, 16500 Van Aken Blvd., four boys he did not know had been beaten and assaulted. I punched him.

Domestic Violence: Ludgate Road

At 4 p.m. on November 4, a Shaker Heights woman, 52, reported that her brother, 62, also of Shaker Heights, threatened to harm her if she did not let him use her car. The man was drunk at the time.

The police arrested the man on charges of domestic violence.

Criminal Damage: Tolland Road

At 11:40 p.m. on Nov. 4, a pregnant Shaker Heights woman, 22, reported that her boyfriend, 26, of Cleveland, became upset and damaged her property. The value of the damaged property was estimated at $905.

Domestic Violence: Scottsdale Rd

At 1:50 a.m. on Nov. 5, officers were dispatched to the 17000 block of Scottsdale Boulevard, where a 39-year-old Shaker Heights woman reported her 36-year-old live-in boyfriend had choked her during an argument. The police arrested the man on charges of domestic violence.

The woman refused medical attention.

Robbery: Van Aken Street

At 6:50 p.m. on November 5, officers were dispatched to the 15000 block of Van Aken Street where an 18-year-old Shaker Heights man reported that his sister’s boyfriend, a 22-year-old Cleveland man, had threatened to harm him. And I stole it. $250 bike.

Car theft: Ardmore Road

At 7:05 a.m. on Nov. 6, a Shaker Heights man, 51, reported that someone had stolen his Lexus, which had been parked overnight in his driveway. The robbery happened in the 3000 block of Ardmore Road.

Car theft: Firhill Road

At 4 p.m. on Nov. 6, a Warrensville Heights man, 51, reported someone had stolen his locked 1974 Chevrolet from a parking lot in the 13000 block of Fairhill Road.

Domestic Violence: Warrensville Center Road

At 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 6, officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Warrensville Center Road, where a 17-year-old Shaker Heights girl reported her boyfriend, a 16-year-old Shaker Heights boy, had choked and restrained her during an argument. at Shaker Heights High School, 15911 Alderside Road.

The girl refused medical attention. The police arrested the boy on charges of domestic violence.

OVI: Chagrin Street

At 9:40 p.m. on November 6, police witnessed the driver of a Chevrolet committing a red light violation at Chagrin Street and Lee Road.

A traffic stop was conducted and officers immediately smelled alcohol. The driver, a 38-year-old Shaker Heights man, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for OVI. Refusal to provide a breath sample.

Robbery: Shelburne Road

At 3:40 p.m. on November 7, officers were dispatched to the 20000 block of Shelburne Road where a Shaker Heights man, 44, reported someone had stolen his bike from a locked storage space inside his apartment building. The value of the bike was $500.

Domestic Violence: Ludgate Road

At 8:25 p.m. on November 7, officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Ludgate Road where a 29-year-old Shaker Heights woman reported that her live-in ex-boyfriend, a 45-year-old Shaker Heights man, had been drinking Alcohol, punched her several times and pushed her children, ages 4 and 1.

The incident occurred while the woman was cooking for the family with a 29-year-old Warrensville Heights man. The suspect left before officers arrived. All parties refused medical care.

Robbery: Van Aken Street

At 12:50 p.m. on November 8, a Shaker Heights man, 41, reported someone had stolen his .40 caliber firearm from a relative’s home in the 17000 block of Van Aken Street. The value of the gun was $400.
