6:01 PM in the 400 block of East Hamilton Street: A 27-year-old man was observed painting the sidewalk. He admitted to writing on the graffiti and was in possession of graffiti tools.

7:17 PM in Alpha Court: During an argument with her roommate, the victim claims her roommate’s girlfriend came over and choked her.

8:36 PM at Hamilton and Darrell Avenue: A 38-year-old man was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and found to be a DUI.

1:23 a.m. at Almarida Drive and Mitchell Court: A man, 24, was contacted inside a vehicle with two juveniles smoking marijuana together. It was determined that the man provided marijuana to the juveniles. A 14-year-old was in a separate vehicle during the incident and was found to be in possession of marijuana for sale.

October 24

11:20 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Street: During an argument. The suspect forcefully opened the victim’s car window and jumped in. He tried to steal the victim’s wallet and pay it. The suspect then sent a video to the victim and threatened to send it to her friends and family.

11 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Street: A man, 24, stole several tools. He was in possession of fentanyl, was under the influence of alcohol, and had a warrant for his arrest.

3:26 PM in the 900 block of West Hamilton Street: A 33-year-old woman was in possession of heroin and a pipe.

10:08pm at Leigh Street and Southwest Freeway: A 48-year-old man was stopped for a vehicle code violation. During the search, a methamphetamine pipe was found.

11:33pm at Dale Street and Hacienda: A 48-year-old man was stopped for a motor vehicle code violation on a bicycle. During the search, a methamphetamine pipe was found.

4:23 a.m. in the 100 block of Adler Street: A man, 43, had a search warrant out of San Jose for weapons possession. During the arrest, he resisted the officers. During a search of his vehicle, a San Jose police badge that had been reported missing was found.

12:13 a.m. at Hamilton Street and Winchester Street: A 29-year-old man was stopped for a traffic violation. He was found under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.

1:35 a.m. at Valley Forge Way and Phelps Avenue: Someone sprayed blue paint on the sound wall.

October 26

10:42 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Street: A 37-year-old man was contacted inside his vehicle. The passenger was under searchable surveillance. During the search, methamphetamine and glass pipes were found.

8:49 a.m. at Mona and Lisa Drive: Officers found an unoccupied 1996 Chevrolet C3500.

5:14 PM on North Central and East Hamilton Roads: Officers found a stolen, unoccupied 1994 Honda CRV.

1:41 a.m. at South Bascom and Foxworthy Avenue: A 27-year-old man was stopped after walking away from a vehicle with two different license plates. There was a methamphetamine pipe in plain sight inside the vehicle. The man was found under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

2:30 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Camden Street: A 21-year-old woman was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and found to be a DUI.

5:13 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone broke a window and overturned trash cans outside. Not logged in.

October 27

Overnight in the 200 block of West Rincon Street: The license plate was stolen from a Toyota Prius.

7:07 a.m. in the 900 block of Sobrato Drive: A 24-year-old man struck the victim, resulting in prosecution. It turned out that the man was under the influence of a stimulant.

Overnight in the 200 block of Union Avenue: A silver 2019 Ford Mustang was stolen.

10:57 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Street: Two suspects used a black handgun to rob the victim.

8:45 PM on St. Thomas Highway and West Hamilton Street: A man was reported unconscious in a 2014 Lexus at the intersection. When officers contacted him, he woke up and took his foot off the brake, causing his vehicle to collide with a patrol vehicle. He then accelerated to free his car from the bumper and fled the scene, almost colliding with other vehicles.

9:52 PM on East Campbell and Central Roads: Several motorcycles and ATVs were reported driving recklessly downtown. Officers observed the vehicles making acrobatic movements across traffic lanes and on occupied sidewalks. Many vehicles failed to yield. They fled northbound South Bascom Street. Multiple plate numbers obtained.

8:18 PM in the 500 block of East Hamilton Street: A 53-year-old man was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and found to have a DUI for drugs. He had 4 oz. Of methamphetamine.

12:07 a.m. at East Hamilton Street and Creekside Road: A 37-year-old driver was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and found to be a DUI.

South Winchester Boulevard and St. Thomas Highway: A man threw something at a vehicle, causing damage. The victim wanted to prosecute.
