Camp Jeep® –
Jeep Camp is making a triumphant return this year, promising visitors a rejuvenating and exhilarating experience. This interactive course covers a sprawling area of 32,000 square feet and offers an exciting adventure led by skilled drivers.
A striking feature of the 2023 Jeep Camp is the stunning off-camber bridge, which stands 12 feet high and spans 70 feet. This represents a significant 50% increase in height and length compared to its predecessor. Another exciting addition is the Notch Pocket, an off-road obstacle that is 40 feet long and 10 feet high and made up of 96 massive wooden pieces that measure 8 inches by 8 inches by 8 feet. The Jeep Crack tests the limits of a 4×4 Jeep’s maneuverability and suspension as you navigate vehicles over towering logs.
For the first time at the Detroit Auto Show, little adventurers will get their own dedicated track, where they can drive a Jeep 4xe Power Wheels vehicle. Plus, the 26-foot climbing wall promises to delight kids and adults alike.
Camp Jeep’s most notable feature is the 23-foot mountain, which features 40-degree ascent and descent angles. It is the tallest and steepest mountain in the history of the Detroit Auto Show.
Beyond adrenaline-inducing tracks, consumers can explore Jeep’s forays into electric vehicles, customization, concept vehicles and more. To show their commitment to the community, 40 potted trees from the show will be donated to local charities after the show.
Enthusiasts will have the opportunity to take off-road test drives in an impressive lineup of 4×4 Jeep vehicles, including:
- Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon
- Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe
- Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 392
- Jeep Gladiator Rubicon
- Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk
