The wonderfully innovative Fast Fine Hybrid restaurant is now open in Hoboken

Sporting innovative concept menus from world-renowned chefs in Hoboken as Wonder opens its fifth location with more to come this year.
Jersey Digs reported on Wonder’s imminent arrival in Hoboken over the summer inside a large space at 221 River Street. Mayor Ravi Bhalla was on hand to cut the ribbon for the company founded by Marc Lore, which looks to redefine the food industry through vertically integrated next-generation restaurants.

Aiming to pioneer a new category of “fast-casual” restaurants, Wonder initially launched in New York City and collaborated with world-famous chefs such as Bobby Flay and Marc Murphy. Their Hoboken location features cuisine from award-winning restaurants including Tejas Barbeque, Di Fara Pizza, and Fred’s Meat and Bread, an Atlanta restaurant that recently received a Bib Gourmand rating from Michelin.

Other confirmed restaurants offering menus at the Hoboken of Wonder location include cuisine from Medan, a Michelin-starred Middle Eastern restaurant based in Washington, D.C.
Other menus include The Mainstay by Marc Murphy, Greek cuisine from Yasas by Michael Symon, steaks and more from Bobby Flay Steak, and Asian-inspired options like Sushi Nichi and Hanu Poke.

Wonder has also created a few of its own concepts, including an Italian-themed brand called Alansa and a healthy dose of veggies from Royal Green Salads. The company provides a “one-stop shopping” service to customers, where all menus from different chefs and restaurants are under one roof and can be delivered and ordered together.
Wonder’s Hoboken outpost feels like a full-circle homecoming, as Marc Lore also founded Jet.com and occupied the 221 River Street property before selling that business to Walmart. Food can be ordered at Wonder via their phone app or in person at one of the in-store kiosks, and limited seating is available for those looking to eat in.
Wonder’s delivery range includes all of Hoboken and parts of Jersey City, and is now open for lunch and dinner daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Wonder’s Hoboken outpost is their fifth location and second in New Jersey after the initial restaurant in Westfield. The brand is expanding significantly throughout the tri-state area and will open outposts in the Garden State in Springfield on November 15 and the city of Cresskill in Bergen County on November 29.
