7:14 a.m. Robbery
A deputy investigated the theft of a wiring harness from a piece of farm equipment that occurred at a business located in the 14000 block of Miller Road. Report No. 23-0945 was taken.
10:43 a.m. Trespassing
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Snyder Road to investigate a trespassing complaint. No report was taken.
10:52 a.m. Arrest warrant
A deputy was sent to the Pickaway County Jail to take custody of Gregory A. Crislip, 50, of Bellefontaine, was charged for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
12:20 AM Property collapse
A deputy responded to State Route 31, south of Patrick Brush Run Road, to investigate a property collision involving a 2023 Dodge Charger that was rear-ended by a 2006 Dodge Ram. The driver of the Dodge Ram, Everett A., was issued a traffic citation. Lowe, 74, of Marysville, for failing to maintain a clear and assured distance in front of him. Crash Report No. 80-23-475 taken.
1:54 PM Property crash
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Industrial Parkway at Old Industrial Parkway to investigate a property collision involving a 2022 Hyundai Sonata that collided with a 2017 Ford F-150. The driver of the Hyundai, 46-year-old Ryan J. Powell, was issued a traffic citation. of Galloway, for failing to drive in marked lanes. Crash Report No. 80-23-476 taken.
6:58 PM Dispute
A deputy was dispatched to a business on South Mill Street in Milford Center to resolve a dispute between an area resident and an employee. The two parties were separated and no report was submitted.
8:05 p.m. local
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on First Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend. The two parties were separated and no report was submitted.
8:58 p.m. local
Deputies and a Richwood Police Officer were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of State Route 47 to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife. The two parties were separated and no report was submitted.
November 10, 2023
9:21 a.m. crash property damage
Deputies responded to the intersection of State Route 31 and State Route 347 to investigate a property crash involving a 2023 International Semi that collided with a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The driver of the International Semi, 24-year-old Anton Horodnichenko of Jacksonville, Florida, was issued a traffic citation for improper start and backing. The correct one. Crash Report No. 80-23-477 taken.
4:32 p.m. property crash
A deputy responded to State Route 37, south of Bethlehem-Claiborne Road, to investigate a crash involving a 2016 Toyota Corolla that collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. A crash report was taken, No. 80-23-478.
9:08 PM Criminal Mischief
A deputy was dispatched to the 9000 block of New California Drive to investigate several juveniles involved in criminal acts. The families of the juveniles were notified, but no report was taken.
11:51 PM Open container
As a result of a traffic stop on US Route 33 eastbound on-ramp from US Route 42 involving a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, the deputy charged the driver of the vehicle, Jose E. Mora Perdomo, 28, of Columbus, with having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and driving under suspension. A passenger in the vehicle, Osvaldo Cullen Cullen, 32, of Columbus, was also charged with having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Report No. 23-0947 was taken.
November 11, 2023
1:54 a.m. local
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Storms Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife. No report was taken.
3:12 a.m. local
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Miller Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife. As a result of the investigation, Jason C. Bond, 42, of Richwood, was charged with disorderly conduct. The two parties were separated and no report was submitted.
5:30 a.m., collision, property damage/impaired driver
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District and Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Robinson Road and Unionville Road for a property damage accident involving a 2006 Honda Civic that ran off the road and into a ditch. As a result of the investigation, the driver, Isiah A., was arrested. Ballio, 20, of Marysville, for driving under the influence. He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office and two reports were filed, No. 80-23-479 and No. 23-0948.
9:57 a.m. crash property damage
Deputies and units from the Northwest Fire District responded to the 18000 block of State Route 347 for a property damage accident involving a 2001 Jeep Cherokee that ran off the road, struck a fence, and then a mailbox. The driver, Danny A. Dearing, 57, of Raymond, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control. Crash Report No. 80-23-480 taken.
1:51 PM Arrest Warrant
A deputy met with a Columbus Police officer to take Maurice A. into custody. Howell Jr., 19, of Columbus, for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
2:34 PM Mental health
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Lombard Road of a person experiencing a mental health crisis. No report was taken.
5:38 pm: Suicide threat
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of State Route 31 of a person threatening to harm themselves. No report was taken.
November 12, 2023
1:42 PM Criminal damage
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Raymond Road to investigate damage to a statue in the courtyard. No report was taken.
7:03 PM Other agency assistance
A deputy assisted a Plain City Police officer with a domestic dispute at a home in the 200 block of North Avenue in Plain City.
7:15 pm Egypt time
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Fountain Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and son. The two parties were separated and no report was submitted.
9:00 PM Agency Assistance/Other Pursuit
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police Department in searching for a vehicle involved in a theft in progress at a business located in the 1000 block of North Main Street in Marysville. The suspect vehicle was located on US Route 33 west of State Route 161. Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle and it fled eastbound on US Route 33. The vehicle exited onto Avery Road and continued to flee. The car eventually lost control and crashed into a postbox in Twonotch Court in Dublin. The driver fled on foot but was arrested by deputies and Dublin police officers. Driver Darrick C. Hackney, 48, of Columbus, was arrested for failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer. He was transported to the Tri-County Jail and three reports were taken, No. 23-0949, No. 23-0950, and No. 23-0951.
9:40 p.m. collision
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Jerome Township Fire Department responded to an injury crash on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42, where a deer was struck by a vehicle and then struck by a second vehicle. Two victims were taken to Dublin Methodist Hospital. The State Patrol investigated the incident.
