The first complaint came from a passerby, who said a man standing outside his car asked her for help. Police said the incident occurred near the entrance to UVM Votey Arena on Colchester Street. The man was described as a man in his 30s. Investigators were unable to confirm that the incidents involved the same person despite their similarity, and are working to find out more information about them.
